Chief Executive Officer & Co-founder
Willy has over 30 years R&D product development experience in Oilfield Services including Marine Seismic, Wireline and Drilling and Measurements at Schlumberger.
He has a broad leadership experience from various R&D international assignments across multiple oilfield services segments including Product Group Software Metier manager. Willy has lived and worked in Houston, USA & Beijing, China & Asker, Norway.
He has a keen interest in technologies that can disrupt and transform businesses to the benefit of our clients and investors.
Willy is a graduate from Glasgow University (Computing Science) and complementary Project Management Module from BI, Oslo.
Chief Solutions Officer & Co-founder
Kyrre is a serial entrepreneur and co-founder with an MBA complementing the B.eng (hons) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
He has 30+ years experience with extensive expertise in subsea intervention and Ocean Bottom Seismic.
Kyrre is an Inventor with multidisciplinary capacity from Electro-Mechanics to Unmanned Underwater Operations and Navigation.
Chief Product Officer & Co-founder
Thomas is a qualified Production Engineer & Product Developer with extensive knowledge within Manufacturing Process, Material Technology and Mechatronics - he is also a CAD enthusiast by necessity.
He brings to the team a long track record in Mechanical Engineering, Product Development, Design For Manufacturing, Hydraulics & CAD-data management.
Thomas is also a father, husband, sailor, runner & volleyball player.
Chief Technical Officer & Co-founder
Martin is a Naval Architect from NTNU with more than 25 years of experience in Marine and Oilfield Product Development.
He has a genuine interest in new devices and is an inventor of more than 10 US oilfield patents.
Martin has experience as Program Manager for Seabed Seismic, Marine CSEM and Naval Minesweeping Systems and as Reliability Métier in charge of Qualification Processes and Laboratories.
Chief Operations Officer
David is Chief Operating Officer in iDROP (since 2021). He has broad experience from offshore & onshore functions in Operations, Technical Support, Sales & QHSE assignments. He has lived & worked in the UK, France and Norway and managed projects in more than 17 countries.
He started his career as a Navigator Technician with Western Geophysical in 1990 progressing to Party Manager (MultiWave Geophysical) and transferring to onshore management as a Vessel Manager (CGG) in 2006.
David is a graduate from the University of Ulster (Marine Electronics), The Open University UK (Information Technology & Computing) and is slowly making his way through a Heriot-Watt MBA.
